Yoga can mean so many different things to different people. My favorite definition of the word yoga is “to join or bring together that which has been pulled apart.” I have been practicing yoga on the mat since 2003 and teaching since 2005. I am passionate about sharing a non-esoteric, challenging and yet very nurturing style of yoga. Practicing yoga is a great opportunity to increase our physical, mental and spiritual fitness level.
