This 100 hours of training involves learning how to design an Ashtanga or Vinyasa class, perfect clear and concise verbiage to smoothly transition your students from one posture to the next, alignment and adjustment practice, anatomy, meditation, and use of props. This training coupled with another 100 hours of better backs training in the spring earns each student a certificate of completion that can be presented to Yoga Alliance for certification. Body Language’s Yoga teacher training practice has been pre-approved to meet all the requirements for Yoga Alliance Certification. Students attending this training are welcome to do so whether they have aspirations to teach or they simply want to deepen their practice and learn more about yoga. Training is lead by Andrea von Behren as well as other staff who have an expertise in different areas.
