Andrea's Antics September 24th

Just a couple of weeks ago I had the amazing opportunity to hike the Grand Canyon.  It was my first time out there and for those of you who have witnessed it, you know firsthand that the view is breathtaking and surreal. Loved Chris' description on Facebook as she summed it all up by referring to the excursion as one of those "WOW" days!!  We hiked 5 miles down and 5 miles back up for a total of 8 hours on the trails, and while it was a beautiful feast for our eyes it was also intense, edgy and challenging for our bodies.   Read More
