Micaela Collins

Hi! My name is Micaela. I am a certified Turn Up Dance fitness instructor, certified ACE group fitness instructor, and RYT 200. My passion for fitness and dance began after I started taking group fitness classes at Body Language while graduating with my Bachelors in Psychology and exploring new ways to be active after years of playing soccer. I was inspired to become certified myself and started instructing dance fitness in 2019. My group fitness journey then led me on a new path to discovering my passion for yoga as well. I completed my yoga teacher training at Body Language in 2020 which helped me to deepen my practice both physically and mentally in so many ways. I am so grateful to be able to share my love of dance fitness and yoga with others. Outside of instructing or taking classes, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, spending time on the water, and most of all, dancing! Hope to see you in class!

Kim R. Randall

I love to dance whether it's in the studio, my kitchen or the grocery aisle. I started dancing at age 4 and haven't stopped since! I am trained and certified in ballet Cecchetti method and began teaching dance at age 16. I continued dancing at Michigan State University (Go Green!) where I earned a Bachelors degree in Advertising and a love for pizza. I found Body Language in 2008 and love fitness, yoga and everything in between. I am a certified Turn Up Fitness Dance Instructor and try to sweat every day. I also enjoy skiiing, surfing and spending time with my husband and two daughters. Super excited to be a part of the BL family!
