Our Yoga Teacher Certification program is taught in two 100 hour sessions: Fall and Winter. This session’s 100 hours of training involves learning how to design an Ashtanga or Vinyasa class, perfect clear and concise verbiage to smoothly transition your students from one posture to the next, alignment and adjustment practice, anatomy, meditation, and use of props. This training coupled with another 100 hours of better backs training in the winter earns each student a certificate of completion that can be presented to Yoga Alliance for certification.
The training can be taken in person or virtually or a mix of both. Training sessions are recorded for makeup sessions.
Fall Session Enrollment is $1795.00 Pay in Full by September 15th and save $200.00!!

The Enneagram is a powerful and dynamic system of personality typing that describes 9 distinct styles (or archetypes) of thinking, feeling, and behaving in the world. The Enneagram helps us dive beneath superficial behaviors to comprehension of our core motivations and fears. As we get to know our own Enneagram type, we grow in self-awareness and self-understanding. As we get to know others' Enneagram types, we deepen our compassion and understanding for those that see the world differently than we do.

In this workshop, Brie will instruct you step by step as you hand knit your very own chunky blanket! At the end of the workshop you will walk away with a beautiful 30x45 inch cozy blanket, perfect to give as a special present, or to keep for yourself! The material we will be using is an incredibly fluffy & soft 1 1/2 inch thick chenille yarn. This 100% polyester material is easy to care for, as it can be hand washed & laid flat to dry. Once you sign up, Brie will email you a variety of colors to choose from.
