Why teacher training at Body Language? One of the things that we understand at Body Language is that our lives are very busy, for this reason Body Language offers Yoga Teacher Training in two segments, Fall Teacher Training and Winter Teacher Training. Allowing more time to take the required steps towards earning your Certification as a Yoga Teacher. Yoga Alliance 200 RYT certification is awarded upon completion of both the Spring Session and the Fall Session.
Body Language’s 200 hour RYT teacher training program is set apart from other local training programs due to its panel of experts. Each expert shares valuable information from their varying degrees and areas of expertise to deepen the student's understanding and to enhance the value of the training.

Andrea's decision to bring yoga to Body Language was driven by her personal experience with the power of yoga. After seeking medical attention from 12 doctors to treat her fibromyalgia, Andrea discovered yoga in 1997. With continuity of practice, all her symptoms of this debilitating muscular disease were alleviated, helping her to see that yoga was able to provide the balance she needed to offset her busy life and active fitness regimen. Motivated by this transformation, she decided to bring yoga to Body Language. She’s passionate in helping students to manage their stress and bring balance to their lives through the practice of yoga.

"I was very particular about where I wanted to do my Yoga Teacher Training. I knew I picked the best studio, going through Body Language Fitness and Yoga. No place feels more like home to me after going through the training. I made the best of friends, opened up more than I ever could have imagined, and changed my life. I am so proud to have gone through YTT here."
- Kali Casab
"Body Language is a top notch school. They utilize their knowledge and invite outside instructors who have even more expertise in their field to educate the new yogi. This makes for a well rounded education. Additionally, their required reading and class involvement is excellent. They are very community minded and I love the way they split their training so as to make it more convenient for their students time and costs. I would and have highly recommended them for yoga training."
- Kathy Yatooma
