Hello! I’m Claudia! My yoga journey began about 6 years ago. I
started yoga to find a new outlet for my mind and body after I was no
longer playing basketball competitively. After a couple yoga classes at Body Language I fell in love with the physical and mental benefits of yoga. My yoga mat quickly became one of my favorite places to be. I completed my yoga teacher training with Andrea at Body Language in the Spring of 2021. The training has deepened my practice and I’m excited to share what I have learned with all of you on your mats. In my free time you can find me hiking, playing basketball, doing yoga and spending time with my family and husband on the lake. I hope to see you in class soon! “


Claudia instructs the following:
  • Barre
  • A total body workout using small isolated movements at the barre and on the mat. Working the core, hip, thigh and arm muscles to fatigue. Shoes Optional
    50 min. class

  • Blend
  • This class starts with 15 minutes of better backs,  linking breathe and movement. We then move into a simple vinyasa flow that will help strengthen the body and mind. We end with a restorative better backs stretch.  Class is 60 minutes

  • Vinyasa Yoga
  • A vigorous flow of postures connecting breath to movement, build stamina, strength and flexibility while promoting weight loss. 90°. 60 minutes

  • Better Backs Against the Wall
  • This 55 minute Better Backs class uses the wall as a prop to open up the body as well as to help stabilize.

  • Better Backs by Candlelight
  • Our popular Better Backs class lit solely by candlelight.  55 min. class

  • Turn Up
  • An empowering dance fitness workout where you work, flex, shake and slay! 
    50 min. class
