Hi everyone!!  I just wanted to reach out to let you know that we are super excited to be offering 2 workshops virtually over the next couple of weeks.  Both of these workshops are aimed at helping you better manage stress and promote relaxation.   I know for a fact that I am not alone in needing these tools more than ever!! 

So here goes...this Saturday, May 9th from 1-3 pm, Melinda will be offering a workshop called Just Breathe.  In addition to seeing her beautiful face, you will learn some different hands on styles of breathing.  You can experience which ones work the best for you as tools to handle the stress in your lives and help you to stay calm during these times!!!

Secondly, on Friday, May 15th from 6:30-8:30 pm our wonderful Ronda will be offering a workshop called Yoga Nidra...also defined as Yoga Sleep.   This workshop will include a very gentle yoga practice and will guide you into a highly relaxed deep state of meditation!!  Ronda’s soothing voice combined with her years of work as a psychologist will enable you to release layers of stress and anxiety.   

All you have to do to register for one or both of these workshops is click the link below, or you can just sign in through your Body Language app.   You will then be sent an email the morning of the workshop with handouts and an invite to log in 5-10 minutes prior to the workshop via Zoom.   Please note that you must sign up at least 24 hours in advance.   

We are thrilled to be offering you both or these workshops virtually to provide you with some much needed ammunition to bring a little more balance to your lives during this time!
