It’s been so great seeing so many of your faces since re opening!!  While the vibe is so positive and everyone seems so happy to be back, there is one rather painful common grief I’ve been hearing in the Link and that is...”Covid has not been kind to my waistline!!”

The reasons cited include...too much time stuck at home...stress of having kids at home trying to learn virtually...stress of having to learn new technology like zoom...isolation...depression. ..anxiety...and perhaps most commonly, lack of motivation to work out on your own.

Ok well good news is...we now have 40+ in studio classes for you to pick from with a teacher to lead you and an opportunity to be surrounded by the good energy of your BL peeps.   So that’s a great start and once you begin moving again, some of those extra pounds will undoubtedly start to fall away.   Coming back together is also so important in being part of a community and feeling connected.  Both of which help rid us of that isolation so many of us dealt with during covid.  And you know that stress and depression you may been experiencing?.. the best medicine for that is to climb onto your mat and start some deep breathing!!

But all that being said, the missing piece that remains is your diet!!  What are you putting in your mouth and how frequently??? What combinations of food lend themselves best to keeping your blood sugar steady.  Stabilizing your blood sugar helps you to keep energy levels up, betters your mood AND makes it easier to get rid of those extra pounds once and for all.

Well...I’ve got more good news for you...Eat Right, Live Strong!!  It’s a 1.5 hour nutrition seminar that I am offering next Sunday, February 28th from 3:00 - 4:30pm.  We will chat about all of the above and you will leave with the knowledge and ammunition to lose weight in a safe way that can be maintained and will result in a healthier you!!

So there you go...it’s time to empower yourself to look and feel your best!!! Hope to see you next Sunday!!

Let’s do this!!
