So, the last week or so I’ve had the chance to chat with a lot of the new students who have joined BL through the Buddy Pass.  As their Buddy Passes come to an end they are asking what’s next?  Pretty much everyone has the same concerns…namely what’s the configuration of classes that will get me the best results…how often should I be coming and to which classes??  I even had one client ask me how come all the staff at BL are so in shape and fit.  Ha!!  Well, here’s my answer…it’s plain and simple…JUST SHOW UP!!   Don’t worry about the perfect line up of classes just try to do something 4-5 times per week.  Ideally, I would recommend incorporating some cardio, some resistance training, and some yoga every week but even more importantly…JUST SHOW UP!!  Sign up for classes one week in advance…plan out your week…choose classes that work with your schedule and then…yep you’ve got it…JUST SHOW UP!!   That consistency WILL pay off…you will get stronger, more toned, bendier AND you will lose those unwanted pounds. Make a commitment to yourself…make working out and practicing yoga part of your new lifestyle and you will see positive results.

So there you have it…the secret to success is an every day commitment to you to JUST SHOW UP!!
