Part of the planning that Chris and I do every year involves looking at the schedule and figuring out what’s working and what’s not. In the past, we have typically made schedule changes 3 times a year. The beginning of Summer, just after Labor Day and January 1st. But as we were chatting more about this, we decided that just because that’s the way we used to always do it, doesn’t mean it’s the way we need to continue doing it. (So we are actually going to make some changes effective December 5th which I will outline later below.*) But this whole thought process just got me thinking of how so many of us wait until the New Year to make changes that better our lives. We wait to start eating healthier or getting back to working out as if there was something magical about the New Year being the right time to begin to take care of ourselves again.
So what about TODAY?! TODAY is a great day to make a commitment to you!! Hardest part is often just where do I start? My suggestion to you is to start by walking through the front door of BL. There is no secret formula as to which classes you choose or how many times a week but once you decide to walk through the front door you can begin to find a rhythm that works for you. We are happy to help you by suggesting teachers and classes that will meet you where you are at and which will start to move you in a more positive direction…mind & body!! With over 60 classes per week, BL offers all of us an opportunity to mix it up which gives us better results physically and keeps our brains from getting bored or in a rut. So check out our current class schedule CLICK HERE and stay tuned for the following changes taking place December 5th.
