Hey guys…it’s time to chat about the Fall class line up!!

We recently asked on Social Media "what would you like to see on the fall schedule" and boy oh boy did you answer, over 75 responses in total!

First of all, thanks for speaking up, we value your opinions!

Secondly, we hear you!  Heavy weights was the most requested by far followed by a handful of you who are looking for some more challenging classes.  Others asked for their favorite time slots back so with all the information we gathered we have put together a great Fall line up!! Here’s a few highlights…

Let’s start with some of the favorites we are adding back to the line up;

4:30  Slow Flow Blend classes are coming back,  as well as 11:15 time slots. Monday will be BB on the wall and Friday our first ever Chair Yoga class.

Oh, and our popular 5 at 5 community class will resume September 8th!!

The Better Backs class and the Vinyasa on Sunday have been switched out to allow students to take a better backs class after weight training. (Several of you requested this…brilliant!!) We are also adding a Slow Flow Blend to the Saturday line up and shifting the BB class a bit later.

We have added additional weight training options and are encouraging staff to lean toward heavier weights in their existing classes as well.

In response to the request for more challenging classes, we have labeled these classes as GRIT classes.  Along with our HIIT, CCC, Power Pump classes, we will be adding a Boot Camp class to our 7:45 line up.   Be sure to double check the schedule as days and times will be changed to accommodate these additions.

And finally, we are super excited to introduce our new Body Language BASIC class line up.  These classes are geared for those just starting out on their fitness journey as well as those looking for a more basic (simple to follow) class.  We are leaving the complicated out and focusing on form and performance.  These are not beginner classes because you are only a beginner once.  These are simple to follow, easily modifiable and doable for all and yet still a kick ass workout!

So there you go…just a quick overview but of course you can check out the full schedule online or on your BL app. The schedule will be abbreviated on Labor Day but then on Tuesday September 3rd we will be taking the leap into a new and exciting Fall line up at BL!! Mix it up, shake it up…give something new a try
