In general, I am all about eating the food instead of popping the pill. But there is a time and a place for supplements and there is a reason why I have chosen to offer the select group of supplements that we sell at BL. I thought it might be helpful to give you a short overview of each supplement in order to help you determine whether any of these supplements might better your health. Multi Vitamin: EVERYONE should be taking a multi vitamin. Gives you a strong nutritional foundation. Fills in the vitamin and mineral gaps in our diet.

Essential Oils: Reverses the affects of inflammation and aging in every system of our bodies. Take any day you are not consuming 3 oz of high fat fish or 15 walnut halves.

Vit D: Fat soluble vitamin that ¾’s of our nation are deficient in. Helps boost immune system, combat depression, and lower blood pressure. 1000-2000 I.U.’s

Osteoprime Forte: Supports and maintains healthy bones. Especially important if low dairy.

Revitalizing SLEEP formula: Sleep aid derived from Valerian root that works by relaxing your muscles. 2 capsules/45 minutes before bedtime

Pro-Biome: Probiotic to help restore digestive balance, ease digestive pain and promote regularity. Healthy gut is also associated with mental wellness and enhanced immunity

Curalieve: Curcumin is the active compound in Tumeric which has been highly researched to have many health benefits including: Anti-inflammatory effects, Antioxidant Activity, Anticancer Potential, & Neuroprotective Effects. The problem is that when taken orally from food, it is poorly absorbed and quickly eliminated from the body. This formulation is more bioavailable and therefore has many more therapeutic benefits.

Zinc, Vitamin C and Elderberry Gummies: May help if you’re looking for additional immune support.

I would recommend that EVERYONE take the Multi and Vitamin D. Past that, it depends on your diet and areas you may be deficient in. In addition to the above Food supplements, we also offer CBD drops at BL.  I’m a huge proponent of these drops for helping with the anxiety and brain busyness that often keeps us from sleeping. Drops can be taken right before bedtime, in the middle of the night or even during the day to help combat anxiety.
