Jamie Oldfield

Jamie began her yoga journey as a teen, when at a young age she was diagnosed with scoliosis, her doctor at the time advised yoga as a way of keeping her spine strong and supple. At that time it was just a way for her to keep from having back pain, it wasn't until later did she realize the impact of yoga on her life daily. In 2008 Jamie became a certified yoga teacher. She teaches, power vinyasa, ashtanga, better backs, SUP yoga and meditation. She is a Lululemon Legacy ambassador and with her background in improv at Second City Detroit she ofter sprinkles humor in her classes. When not teaching or taking classes, you can find Jamie either reading or trekking in the woods with their dog Pepper or adventure traveling with her scuba diving husband and 2 children.
