Margaux
Hello, hello! My name is Margaux (pronounced Mar-go), and I've been practicing yoga since 2012 and am continually blown away by its mental and physical benefits that improve my daily life. After my first lunchtime yoga class in college I was sold, realizing the magic of pairing yoga with HIIT exercise and opening a window to a much needed mindfulness practice. When I moved to Michigan in 2016 I searched for a studio, and from the day I walked into Body Language I knew it was something special. Knowing this is where I wanted to study yoga, I completed my RYT-200 training here in 2024 and am excited to share my love of yoga, exercise, and mindfulness with you! As a native Mainer, I love being outside and paddling on the water, skiing, mountain biking, or playing hockey. When not at Body Language or working as an engineer, you can find me exploring new places with my husband or visiting family back east. See you on the mat!
