Christi instructs the following:
  • Pilates
  • This mat pilates class provides a complete body workout with an emphasis on core strengthening.  

  • Tabata
  • A High Intensity Interval Training class.  50 min. class

  • Barre
  • A total body workout using small isolated movements at the barre and on the mat. Working the core, hip, thigh and arm muscles to fatigue. Shoes Optional
    50 min. class
