My passion for fitness began at an early age watching my parents lead an active lifestyle. I was a soccer player throughout my life and then began taking classes at body language. This is where I was inspired to become an instructor. While finishing my Bachelors in business, I became a certified fitness instructor as well as a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist through NASM. I am blessed to be able to help so many clients achieve their goals. I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children, running half marathons and being outdoors.

High Interval Intensity Training is a full-body weights, cardio, high-intensity workout! This class includes weighted exercises, body weight work, and cardio bursts that are intentionally placed for max calorie burn and endurance! HITT will make you sweat, get your heart rate pumping, and add energy to your day!

Kickboxing and Weights
30 min. cardio kickboxing with a 20 min. weight training section.
50 min. class

Weight Training
A full-body workout using a variety of props to build strength, tone muscle and burn calories. Any of the following may be used in a class: Dumbbells, resistance bands, balls and glides.
