Brian

My journey as a fitness professional began at Michigan State University with a degree in Kinesiology/Physical Education. I have taught physical education at all levels, K-12, and also earned a Masters degree in Physical Education from West Virginia University. I coached high school boys basketball for 15 years, which allowed me the opportunity to use my knowledge and skills to lead hundreds of athletes. Much of my passion for fitness has come from my own transformation from “dad bod professional” back to the athlete I once was using simple and powerful fitness, yoga and nutrition principles. I have an expertise in human movement, athletic performance, nutrition, yoga and mindset and have been blessed to have had opportunities to help people of all kinds from youth athletes to professional athletes and parents to grandparents achieve their goals and lead a healthier, more fulfilling life. I live in Novi with my wife and two daughters.

  • Finding it difficult to remember vinyasa flows? We shortened the vinyasas flows in this class.  Experience the  flow of postures connecting breath to movement, build stamina, strength and flexibility while promoting weight loss. 80- 90°. 60 minutes

  • Warrior X
  • This class incorporates:  Movement, Mindfulness and Motivation through vigorous power vinyasa flows with a flash of fitness.
