Kelly
I began teaching group fitness classes during my college years. It was a perfect transition from school-related sports to an active adult lifestyle. I remain passionate about group classes because a healthy lifestyle requires consistent exercise and motivation can be tough to maintain. In a group, we find community, connection, encouragement, support, shared energy, variety, and FUN. We build friendships that fuel our motivation to return. It’s a formula that WORKS and I strive to honor it always by providing quality, challenging classes that bring results.
In addition to group fitness, I hold a Martial Arts Black Belt, RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, and enjoyed teaching line dancing & art classes for many years.
