I took my first barre class at Body Language in 2017 and absolutely loved it. I trained and became a certified barre instructor shortly thereafter and am thrilled to be teaching the “Simply Barre” class on Fridays.

Chair Yoga
This class uses a chair as both a prop and for seated versions of familiar poses. Chair Yoga helps to increase flexibility and range of motion, and improve strength and coordination. Chair Yoga is great for everyone, and offers additional support for those managing an injury, struggling with balance, or have difficulty getting up and down from the floor. 55 minutes

This 55 minute Better Backs class uses the wall as a prop to open up the body as well as to help stabilize.
