Shawn
Hi! I’m Shawn Jones. I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2006 and have been a member of Body Language since 2007. I went through Andrea’s Teacher Training program in 2010. The experience deepened my practice and made me even more passionate about yoga! I love teaching and sharing everything this practice has to offer. I’m so happy to have found this wonderful community. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, reading and spending time with my husband and 2 daughters. I look forward to meeting you and having you in one of my classes!

Ashtanga Yoga
We will emphasize the linking of movement and breath as we follow a set sequence of postures. This class allows you to build strength, flexibility and focus gradually.

Slow Flow
Looking for a less intense version of vinyasa? In this class you will experience vinyasa flows connecting breath to movement followed with better back restorative postures. 60 min. class

Weight Training
A full-body workout using a variety of props to build strength, tone muscle and burn calories. Any of the following may be used in a class: Dumbbells, resistance bands, balls and glides.

Blend
This class starts with 15 minutes of better backs, linking breathe and movement. We then move into a simple vinyasa flow that will help strengthen the body and mind. We end with a restorative better backs stretch. Class is 60 minutes

Boot Camp
Interval training with cardio, strength work and plyometrics. Designed for everyone from beginner to experienced! 50minutes

Better Backs/Yin Yoga
A better backs class that allows deeper access to the body by holding passive postures longer to target the connective tissue and release tension.

Salute the Sun
Start your weekend with variations of heat building Sun Salutations. 45 min. class

Yin Sound Healing
Join Shawn and Claudia for a relaxing yin practice with an extended savasana and sound healing. Shawn will be leading a 90 minute yin practice while Claudia is doing sound healing with her crystal bowls.
You will leave this class feeling restored and relaxed!
