What BL is all about goes WAY BEYOND our fitness & yoga classes. YES we have a top notch staff of teachers and YES we have 60 awesome classes to pick from every week. And chances are, the reason you walked through the door for the first time was to practice yoga or to workout in get in better shape. BUT what keeps you coming?? Connection!!  It’s why we created the Link (the social area between the fitness & yoga rooms). Back in 2015 when we had the opportunity to take over this area, we contemplated another workout or yoga room but decided we wanted to create a space for us all to connect with one another.
