What a week it has been…the subject of Wednesday Wine & Wisdom’s nutrition seminar was The Gut Brain Connection. We kicked off our Yoga Teacher Training program with 15 students attending, we had a great BL turn out to support the Julie Run to end Hunger, we hosted a Yin Gong Bath Immersion and we helped several students feel a little more comfortable starting their yoga practice in our Yoga 101 workshop.
